Range of resposabilities: - Reporting to AR Supervisor - Preparing invoices and credit notes - Debt Collection (via Phone and email) - Liaising with internal non Accounting Staff - Ensuring accuracy of billing data-liasing with sales coordinators across Europe - Maintaining Customer Details - Handling customers queries - Helping in Sales Reports and Customer Account Statements preparation - Performing other AR duties

Wymagania

- Very good English communication skills (written & spoken) - Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance an advantage - Minimum 1 year of proven experience within AR or Customer Care - MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; - Attention to detail - Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year end closing - Ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
