Key Responsibilities:

To manage the collection of a high volume of medium and small value accounts
-
Collection of due amounts by telephone, email and letter from an identified list of Customer Accounts
-
Dealing in a professional manner with difficult customers
-
Monitoring/Ensuring that Debtor’s accounts are operating within agreed terms
-
Implementing the Company’s Credit Control practices as per the Policy and Procedures document
-
Process invoices, credit notes and remittances in volumes
-
Process refunds and all methods of payment including cash, cheques, credit card and direct debit
-
Day-to-day collection management of Customer Accounts including account reconciliation
-
Identification, documentation and resolution of queries/disputes and general enquires in an efficient and timely manner (according to deadlines)

Maintenance of accurate records as per procedures

Reporting the progress of the cash collection on a weekly & monthly basis to the AR Supervisor
-
Communicate and escalate to the Supervisor issues related to account queries in a timely manner

Maintenance of accurate manual records as per procedures

Maintenance of accurate records in the system

Other duties may be agreed from time to time
Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
-
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools - Excel and Word knowledge and familiarity

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive and firm discussion (internal and external discussions)
