Currently, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with English

 

Job location:

•    Remote or hybrid from Wroclaw

Working hours from  11AM to 7PM

 

Responsibilities 

Processing invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards
Uploading bank statements and transactions
Handling queries related to invoices and payments
Assisting in performing month-end closing activities
Setting up new suppliers
Creating basic reports
Assisting with updating process documentation in response to changes in country-specific regulations or requirements

Requirements

Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
Additional language skills are a plus
Experience in finance, accounting, or administration
Strong analytical thinking
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Solution-oriented mindset
