Job description:
- Performing accounting and clerical tasks related to efficient maintenance and processing of transactions regarding firm’s suppliers and employees
- Participating in knowledge transfer of an as-is process while incorporating certain immediate process improvements
- Ensuring that service quality is maintained
- Reviewing and posting invoices
- Reconcilement payment and accounts
- Inputting employee expenses into SAP
- Maintaining vendor files
- Generating regular reports
- Participating in the Month End Close and regular process reviews with clients and key stakeholders
- Responsibility for assigned KPI’s to meet customer Leeds
- Escalating issues and risks to the manager
- University Degree: Finance or Accounting
- 2- 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a SharedService/BPO
- Understanding of the basic principles of VAT around Europe
- Fluent English and one of to German or French - it is a must
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MSExcel mandatory)
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Travel andEmployee Reimbursement process, understanding of SLAs, KPIs, processdocumentation, SOPs-desirable
- Knowledge of SAP program - desirable
- Ability to maintain strong working relationshipswith demanding internal customers
- Quality orientation, attention to detail andaccuracy
- Teamwork, analytical and good communicationskills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
