Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a proper posting of approved invoices
- Preparing payments to suppliers
- Preparing bank account reconciliation
- Controlling designated G/L accounts
- Ensuring a proper invoicing for designated entities
- Participating in debt collection process
- Handling supplier/customer inquiries
- Cooperating and supporting other departments
- Participating in the month end closing process including various reconciliations
Our expectations:
- University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting
- Very good Polish and English skills, spoken and written
- Good, practical knowledge of MS tools, especially Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented team player with problem solving attitude and very good organization skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage
- Experience from an international organization will be an advantage
