Your responsibilities:
- Managing team of accountants with end to end responsibility for GL, AR and AP.
- Preparing GL related process documentation (process maps and work instructions).
- Month End closing procedures in a timely fashion.
- Full general ledger accounting of companies.
- Managing Intercompany reconciliations with other entities of the Group.
- Preparing and posting the accruals and corrective journal entries.
- Producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports required by the region.
- Preparing specifications and reconciliations for the submitted financial data.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reports generated through ERP.
- Managing the annual audit process.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.
- Ensuring robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes.
- Executing periodically GL, AR and AP reporting or upon request KPI measurements.
- Performing month-end account reconciliations.
Our requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting,
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing small teams with finance scope
- Diversified international Food/Manufacturing industry experience would be an asset.
- Experience in GL functions in a shared services environment.
- Experience in working with SAP preferred or other ERP system
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
