Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Demonstrate expert knowledge of financial processes, accounting knowledge and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities.
- Oversee and manage a team of junior accountants and master data analyst (supervision of day-to-day registration of purchases, sales, VAT accurateness, cash collection, GL postings and month-end-activities)
- Act as subject matter expert for team members for finance and accounting
- Identify, document, and review opportunities for team improvement in procedures/ processes/ standards to gain cost-effectiveness and efficiency; execute implementation of improvements.
- Perform analysis of quality audits; analyze results and develop process improvements to maintain quality deliverables. .
- Interface effectively with other teams, delivery lead and client teams.
- Manage the performance of the team and act as the team’s career counselor.
- End to end responsibility for bookkeeping and closing process of 1 or 2 legal entities
- Support audit of financial statements as required
- Building and maintaining strong business relationship with Financial Controller and Chief Accountant
- Ensuring effective communication to address all issues and lead resolution actions
- Leasing with Bucharest and Mauritius Delivery Center
- Fluent English and Polish – Polish must be spoken and written, as some of the calls and emails exchanged with the client are in Polish
- Graduate with 3-5 years of working experience
- Team leadership experience
- Quick learner with proven ability to grow and lead a team
- Passion for learning and creative problem-solving
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Excel and Word skills
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Willing to build something from scratch
- Experience in transition of processes would be an asset
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
