Job description:
- Management of a team providing accounting services to a number of business units and territories
- In the initial migration phase process mapping and documentation of above processes, coordination of migration process and ensuring that responsibilities are clearly defined after transfer
- Monitoring, controlling and reporting KPIs and SLA to Process Manager, analysis and developing improvement plans
- Monitoring all changes of scope of work and reporting them to Process Manager
- Taking part in a recruitment of team members
- Facilitating knowledge-sharing across teams/departments
- Ensuring effective communication and cooperation within a team, cross- team and cross-department
- The day to day relationship with the customer including resolution of customer issues
- Participation in internal projects
- Aligning team & individual objectives to achieve company's goals
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance and Accounting
- 5 years of experience in various financial/accounting positions - preferably in shared services or BPO
- 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience
- Process understanding in at least one of the following areas: Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger
- very good English skills
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Experience in process transition would be an advantage
- Change/ project management (eg. ERP implementations) would be an asset
