- help in accounting for business operations (invoices / services / goods import: intra-Community supply, WDT, export, import / sale)
- assistance in the preparation of VAT declarations and reports to the Central Statistical Office
- reconciliation of account balances and settlements with suppliers, recipients and employees
- calculating RMK
- settlement of business trips
- posting of bank statements
- support of the team in other tasks
- conduct recruitment process and new employee induction
- dispatch workers abroad
- consultation on Relevant Issues of international delegations
- prepare cost estimates and analysis for management
- experience in a similar position, min. 2 years
- knowledge of legal regulations and the Accounting Act
- knowledge of the Office suite
- timeliness and accuracy in the implementation of the entrusted tasks
- ability to work in a international team, English as a working language
- high salary (PLN 10,000 to PLN 14,000 gross) and stable work
