Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position:
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in preparations and practical and theoretical training in terms of transition and take-over of processes
- Participation in the transition of accounting processes to FMC SSC from Romanian FMC organisations
- Creating accounting processes procedures, with attention to timeliness and quality of performance
- Creating process maps, with attention to timeliness and quality of performance
- Active participation and involvement in the process of knowledge transfer from the local organisation (business trip of 6-8 weeks)
- Implementing and handling the taken over accounting processes in FMC SSC
- Participating in determining the intended shape of taken over processes
- Developing a good relationship with the local FMC organisation
- Cooperating with employees from other departments, sharing knowledge with team members
- Reporting risks, gaps and irregularities occurred during the knowledge take-over process to the immediate superior and project manager
- Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Compliance with SSC’s internal procedures and instructions
- Other activities and duties ordered by the immediate superior
Requirements:
- Experience in accounting, at least 1-2 years (experience in the SSC environment will be an advantage)
- Ability/willingness to travel to Romania, taking part in the transition
- (6-8 weeks in IV quarter of 2017)
- Experience in working with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
- Experience in drawing up and updating procedures
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office or related environment (in particular practical knowledge of MS Excel)
- Fluency in the English language in the business environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team, very good communication skills
- Analytical skills
