For our Client, specialist production and distribution company - global leader in its sector for the local HQ in Warsaw, currently we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Accountant. Ideal candidate will be working in small accounting structure, reporting directly to Accounting Manager. Therefore we are looking for candidates who have at least 3 years of experience with wide scope of responsibilities especially with cost accountancy.

Opis stanowiska:
- Taking care of entering data to the automated system regarding received invoices and generating outgoing invoices,
- Booking bank statements and other movements in the general ledger (incl. EEC transactions, import of services),
- Checking and booking the monthly financial reports of the representative offices abroad
- Checking and booking the business travel expenses of employees and the credit card accounts,
- Scheduling and preparing payments to be made to local and international suppliers
- Control of suspense accounts,
- Assisting in tax matters, like VAT and CIT
- Assisting in preparations of the annual report,
Kogo szukamy:
- University degree (Economics, Finance and Accounting etc.)
- Minimum 3 years experience on similar position,
- Fluent in the English (both writing and verbal)
- Very good knowledge of Excel,
- Knowledge of Exact will be an advantage,
- Experience in International Trade company will be a plus,
- Accurate, open-minded, social and a team-player
- Service oriented but strict in following procedures
