Apply for an Expert position and you’ll become a vital part of Account to Report department. We are looking for a person with solid process improvement skills, SAP knowledge and a background in accounting.
About the job
As an A2R Expert, you will be responsible for a sub-process within the A2R area. This responsibility includes mapping the process, benchmark against other companies and continuously drive process improvements. You will also participate or drive projects within the A2R area.
Specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for the leasing sub-process
- Drive process standardisation and harmonisation as well as process improvements
- Cooperate closely with stakeholders involved in the leasing area
- Lead the roll-out of the balance sheet reconciliation (BSR) process
- Drive completion of BSR guidelines for all areas of the balance sheet
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate roll-out status
- Identify potential optimization/automation opportunities in the process
- Anchor the balance reconciliation process in the organisation
Who are you?
We are looking for candidates having extensive process improvement skills and likes working in a project oriented environment. It is important that you have at least 5 years of finance/accounting experience and that you have an understanding of accounting concepts and standards including compliance with International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS). Excel and SAP FICO expertise is required.
