The main responsibility of the role is to execute a local sales plan to expand CHEP’s market penetration in line with the commercial policy

Identify and contact prospects, set relationship and negotiate with FMCG customers, prepare and present service offers, negotiate and close sales

Manage activities to meet budget targets

Maintain high standards of planning and tracking

Generate a high number of quality prospects for sales pipeline

Introduce and advocate CHEP technology and services

Fully evaluate the needs of the customers and use this information to build service offers

Cooperate with other departments to finalise service offers which meet customer requirements

Provide input to annual new business budget by anticipating revenue based on customer activity and sales pipeline

University degree in Business Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
-
Relevant proven experience in sales and / or account management: B2B sector, international organization, preferably in outsourcing / services environment

Knowledge of the local market players within manufacturing and retail sectors

Knowledge of current local supply chain solutions and providers would be taken as an asset
-
Good command of English; knowledge of other Eastern European language an asset

Ability to use MS Office effectively, SAP an advantage
