As an Account Manager, you are the interface between our customers - the top manufacturers & outsourcers of the IT industry - and our internal project management. You identify and create new businesses, work closely with our Service Delivery Managers worldwide, and have a senior Hemmersbach Executive Partner and Bid Management Team to work together to create bespoke IT solutions that exceed customer requirements.
- Developing of independent and successful customer strategies
- Joint development of solution-oriented offers for IT services such as Onsite, Workplace or DAAS Services with customers
- Designing of the entire sales process from the analysis of customer needs to the presentation of a tailor-made solution to the contract negotiation
- Developing solutions and concepts from our customers for their IT landscape and calculate an offer
- Responsible for the presentation of the concept as well as for the fine tuning with the Customers and accompany the project to implementation
- Applying knowledge of English in the context of communication with the international Project team as well as external and internal customers
- Several years of experience in IT account management, with a focus in Print and PC hardware solutioning
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills and great attitude
- High stress resistance and flexible availability to serve our customers Globally
- Independent and careful way of working
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language
