We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated candidate to join our team in Warsaw, Poland, for the position of Account Manager.

Job description
- In conjunction with Commercial Manager develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with Qatar Airways’ Trade and leisure/corporate partners
- Prepare an account development plan to achieve short, medium, and long term mutual benefits for both leisure/corporate and Trade Partners
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of sales strategy to maximise short and long term revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale and generate channel shift where appropriate
- Review sales data with account portfolio to drive revenue and seek out tactical revenue opportunities
- Manage and co-ordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of area of responsibility
- Develop tactical Sales and Marketing activity in support of sales opportunities in both Trade Partners and Leisure/Corporate market place
- Maximise value from marketing spend
- Manage individual expenditure budget
- Maintain Sales professionalism standards
- Provide regular Market Intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors.
- Represent Qatar Airways at trade events, promotions and sales functions, including supporting educational and familiarization visits
Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- PC literate with knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- Commercial acumen. Able to spot and interpret market trends
- Customer facing experience at the highest level
- Experience in negotiating contracts
- Minimum 4 years experience in Airline Sales or related industry
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Excellent relationship building skills
