- 4 + years of experience in the staffing / recruitment industry in a sales role
- University degree, preferably in Technical field
- Knowledge of Permanent Placement and/or Professional Staffing is essential
- Good English or good German is a MUST
- A proven track record of business successes

- Being a part of a Whoohoo Wroclaw office you will be reporting to the Director of Whoohoo® Poland.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing client relationships and driving revenue within Whoohoo Professional Staffing and Recruitment offerings. The Business Development Manager (responsible for gaining a constant flow of qualified vacancies -middle and senior positions) will be closely working with dedicated Recruiter (responsible for fulfilling of the positions gained by the Business Development Manager).
- Identifying, by means of a pro-active and systematic approach, potential Clients
- Educate potential Clients on Whoohoo® recruitment services
- Focusing on strategic Senior Executive and Management level contacts
- Translating contacts into concrete business
- Responsible for increasing the number of qualified hiring contacts in database
- Interface with Whoohoo® Managers in Europe for possible cross-boarding projects
- Track vendor agreements
- Industry/market analysis, external promotions and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities and connecting with key stakeholders
- Manage business pipeline to meet monthly budgetary requirement
