Account Manager (Performance & E-commerce)

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
- Coordination of paid performance activities launched for the client:
- Co-creating strategic approach to performance including goal setting and identifying growth opportunities
- Reporting activities to the client regularly,
- Booking resources for creating copies and graphics for performance campaigns,
- Verification of work quality
- A/B and XT testing support (optimization of ad performance and audience targeting)
- Organizing meetings and preparing reports/presentations summarizing our work
- Coordination of e-commerce and DTC projects – with its core in the asset's creation/content development
- Collaboration with other teams such as content, design, magento and analytics.
- Budgeting and allocating resources effectively
- Ensuring that all efforts contribute to a positive ROAS
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Project Management Experience
- Knowledge of paid social media and search engine marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic)
- Comfort and proficiency with digital marketing tools, advertising platforms
- Budget Management experience
- Understanding KPIs related to paid social and search campaigns
- Experience in developing content with copywriters/designers
- Good English level (min. C1)
- Understanding of testing methodologies (must have) and the ability to conduct experiments (nice to have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
