Account Manager for CEE
Your Responsibilities:
- Identification and acquisition of potential customers, with emphasis on the development of long- term customer relationships, focusing on Poland
- Customer care and further development of current business relationships (companies in the industries of financial and insurance services, media, tourism, infrastructure, etc.)
- Project management, from project development to successful completion (including all steps of the sales process)
- Available as contact person for customers and partners
- Target-oriented and consistent handling of potential markets in CEE, focusing on Poland
- Development of product-related solutions – adjusted to individual customers’ needs and requirements
- Contribution of market know-how in product management
- Responsibility for sales results
Your Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience in sales and project sales, ideally in the sales of high-tech services
- Educational background in IT, Meteorology or Natural Sciences are an advantage
- Very good market knowledge in the CEE area, especially in Poland
- Readiness of mind and an analytical mindset in order to determine customers’ needs and requirements
- Economic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent ability to communicate and to negotiate
- High level of commitment
- Proactive, independent and organized way of working
- High networking competence and good rhetoric skills
- Understanding of technical processes
- High problem solving competence
- Excellent knowledge of Polish and English
- High willingness to travel and to spend longer periods of time in Poland, residence in Poland possible
