Account Manager / Customer Success Specialist - Shipping
Location: Warsaw
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build excellent relationships with a broad portfolio of clients from a range of industries
- Provide advice and best practises for existing clients of the company's web based application via email, chat and phone.
- Assess account performance, provide solutions and improvements to customer to increase his usage and satisfaction
- Interact with Sales, Support agent to both mentor and help to solve issues.
- Provide basic account analysis; analyze and optimize customer's experience.
- Interact with Product management, Engineering and Operations for product improvements.

MUST HAVE
- Previous experience working in Customer Service and/or account management (min. 1 year).
- Previous experience in Logistic Sector
- Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent/ Native English/German.
- Strong customer relationship building.
- Software or online application account management.
- Passionate about web based software
