Account Manager, Poland - Affiliate Sales

Opis stanowiska

The objective of our Affiliate Sales Department is to sell our hotel stock through 3rd party websites. These websites include well-known branded sites, search engines and partner based hotel directories. Our Global Distribution Network currently includes over 4500 websites. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to help expand our affiliate sales network in order to maintain and expand Booking.com’s leading position in the market. The Role: As an Account Manager - Affiliate Sales you will be customer orientated, experienced and a target driven sales professional, who wishes to immerse themself into our dynamic and rapidly growing company. You have a passion for the internet, are committed and able to work well on your own initiative while being an integral part of the Affiliate Sales Team. The role demands the ability to sell a multi-faceted product to key players in the industry, which requires a motivated self-starter with the ability to establish relationships and influence decision makers at all levels. This position is based in our Warsaw, Poland office and you will be responsible for affiliate sales in Poland. Main Responsibilities: * Research and identify new websites with potential customers for hotel reservations; * Ability to effectively manage and negotiate sales cycle; * Manage accounts and relationships with partner sites; * Optimize the quality of our service in order to maximize the performance of our affiliate sites; * Analyze activities, measure success and report results; * Monitor market developments relevant to the travel web industry and Booking.com.

Wymagania

* Relevant work experience, preferably in an online environment; * Commercial focus, sales driven, result oriented and a customer relationship manager; * Self starter with an ability to work efficiently, effectively and independently; * Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn; * Excellent communication, negotiation & reporting skills; * Business, marketing or other relevant (academic) degree * Fluent in English, Polish and Russian written and spoken.
