We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced employee who will be responsible for:
- Providing advice and best practises for existing clients of the company's web based application via email, chat and phone.
- Interacting with Sales, Support agent to both mentor and help to solve issues.
- Assessing account performance, providing solutions and improvements to customer to increase his satisfaction.
- Providing basic account analysis.
- Building excellent relationships with a broad portfolio of clients from a range of industries.
- Interacting with Product management, Engineering and Operations for product improvements

MUST HAVE
- Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent/ Native German
- Ideally knowledge of such as ZenDesk, SalesForce
- Strong customer relationship building
- Passionate about web based software
- Previous experience working in Customer Service and/or Account Management nice to have
