The European auto aftersales market offers potential for greater dealer profits. Especially in the accessory
market, significant potential has been neglected from most car dealers. Plus Sales‘ proficiency is to strengthen
effectiveness of sales and marketing activities in the aftersales market to increase dealership revenue aside
from selling cars.
This role suits an experienced field person with a car manufacturer, dealer or similar environment background,
who has the experience of coaching garages/workshops or retail customers.
For the above-mentioned market, we require two candidates.
Key tasks:
You will be a member of an Accessory Field Force. You will work at the dealership and closely together with the Accessory Champion of the OEM in your country.
- Track performance
- Prepare action plans to improve sales
- Ensure visibility of key products
- Coach dealers on supporting tools
- Generate performance reports on dealer level
- Identify, share and extend best practices
- Review performance and identify opportunities
- Incorporate accessories/messages/offers in CRM activities at dealer level
- Help develop local market action plans to increase accessory sales
- Identify opportunities to generate accessory sales in the showroom, and provide feedback (e.g. tools, product, information, material) to the Accessory Champion
- Implement the above actions and plan the showroom with the dealer sales team
- Sound proficiency in the Automotive business within a dealership (beneficial > 5 Years)
- Knowledge of the Accessory Business
- Deep knowledge of the sales processes at the dealer (sales and aftersales)
- Field Force experience beneficial
- Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
- Working time will be predominantly at the dealership and one day a week in the OEM’s headquarter
- Native language of the country of operation and fluent English is mandatory
- Well-versed in using PC software applications (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- A Full driver’s license is essential for this position
- This is a full time permanent position that requires regional travel
- Place of residency is located close to a metropolitan area
- Availability January 2016
- Project introduction and intensive training for your new task will be provided by OEM (in your local market)
- Laptop and communication devices will be provided
- Company car provided by the OEM
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed against actual costs
