- Integrates applications with ADFS and Azure AD to ESO
- Supports RITMs, INCs, CHGs via Service Now application, our queued ticketing system
- Performs operational support of identified incidents with intention to resolve. If escalation is required, will completely document troubleshooting efforts in incident ticket and immediately alert responsible party for resolution.
- Supports emails and queries from customers related to getting started with ESO
- Assists in the administration, testing, maintenance and support Azure AD (cloud service) or Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS on prem service ) and its associated infrastructure or tools.
- University degree level education
- 2 yrs + Experience in an IT type customer support role, supporting Microsoft products and cloud platform. (some powershell knowledge and scripting an advantage here)
- 1 yr + Experience working in a web developer role (such as .net or C#, Java or php).
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
- Hoping for some knowledge on federated technologies such as Azure AD, Oauthv2, SAML 2.0
