Who are we?

Redwood Legal is a boutique law firm which specialises in civil litigation. We have offices in London and Nottingham and a back-office in Warsaw and we help individuals and businesses nationally and internationally. We deal with general litigation, small claims, business disputes, cohabitation property disputes and contested wills and inheritance act claims. Our firm is built on the principle of civil litigation as an entrepreneurial activity, where pursuing a matter makes commercial sense for clients.

In general, we deal with a variety of civil disputes which provide an exciting opportunity to experience different areas of law. Our clients may be representing themselves and simply need assistance, they may be a business or an individual who needs representation at court. They may be in different stages of court proceedings and the advice and service we provide is tailored to their particular circumstances.

What makes Redwood Legal unique is its people- we love what we do and we endeavour to deliver legal advice in a way that is easily accessible to all clients regardless of their background.

We do believe in access to justice for those on lower and middle incomes and the variety of services we provide reflects this. We discount for those who are financially challenged, exercise our discretion to ensure that legal costs remain proportionate to the claim value, and also undertake cases on a "No Win No Fee" basis. We regularly contribute to our community by providing free legal resources on our Youtube channel.
