Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reporting of KPI’s for 3PL warehouses with recommendations on areas for improvement
- Evaluating 3PL service level/efficiency and initiating corrective actions to ensure compliance with company’s objectives and contract
- Set the budget for efficiency, quality KPI´s and DC costs together with 3PL manager and dc management, based on contracts and alignment with suppliers
- Verification of plans provided by 3PL partner
- Cost monitoring, review and reporting (vs budget/forecast)
- Involvement in logistic audits, follow up on results and take actions for improvements
- Performing month-end reporting
- Providing financial feasibility as needed on investments, capital expenditures and contract negotiations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a role related to similar responsibilities (for example experience gained in the area of financial controlling, financial audit or operations controlling)
- Ability to combine data from multiple sources
- Analytical mind and business acumen
- Result orientation
- Head full of ideas to implement in business operations
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and its various applications
