Job Description
The person on this position will be responsible for:
- 2nd line support - problems identification, finding proper solutions or transfering more advanced problems to 3rd line support
- Troubleshoouting problems connected with one of the following areas (operations system, database, network, applications)
- Cooperation with international clients and teams
- University degree (technical background is a plus)
- Good knowledge about one of the following fields: databases, network, operations systems, applications
- Experience on 2nd line support
- German language on minimum B1 level
- Good English
- Willingness to learn
