Opis stanowiska
In the role you will be working in a dynamic and multinational team with career progression opportunities and on a daily basis you will be
- Fully trained on the newest technology and customer service techniques
- Providing and maintaining strong relationship with clients in German language
- Answering to all incoming request via telephone, email and fax
- Providing technical solutions to clients’ problems
- Other ad-hoc duties
Wymagania
If you:
- Are a complete fluent German and English speaker
- Are interested in living and working in Germany
- Have keen interest in IT
- Would like to use your excellent communication skills while dealing with international clients
- Are eager to learn and would like to be trained on newest Customer relations techniques
- Enjoy teamwork and multinational environment
