Your new company
For our client, international company located in Tricity, we are looking for a Candidate interested in development in the position of Technical Customer Service Support with German.
Your new role
The person holding this position will be responsible for providing advice and help to the clients via various communication channels in regards to the Company’s products. He/She will resolve the occurring problems and keep the users informed and build an extensive network throughout the company to facilitate quick and efficient resolution.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in a Technical Customer Service Role, excellent IT skills and aptitude to learn quickly. It is essential to have a team orientation and organizational skills. Advanced command of English and good knowledge of German is obligatory.
