1st Line Support with English
Responsibilities:
- 1st line technical support
- Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from clients regarding IT issues and queries
- Close cooperation with R&D depertment
- Deliver high quality of technical solutions
- Provide service and support with internal systems
- Create and maintain positive relations with clients
- Document issues clearly and concisely in the call handling system
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- experience in customer service/IT support/helpdesk
- open-minded
