We currently are looking for a Candidate, who would like to join our IT Team on the position of:

1st/2nd Line IT Support for Hungary/Czech Republic
 Location: Warsaw

On this position you will be delivering 1^st and 2^nd line desktop support, answering support queries by phone, email and directly; ensuring proactive communication to line-of-business on incidents, requests and changes. You will liaising with 2^nd/3^rd line support when necessary. As a bigger team member you will also take part in multi-regional projects. You will be traveling regularly to supported countries.

 We are looking for candidate experienced in an IT Helpdesk in international environment, especially experienced with supporting and administering Windows (7/8/Server versions as well) and MS Office, what is also important you should have practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange (knowledge of SCCM is an advantage) and understanding of networking technologies. We require fluency in English.
