Responsibilities:
• Perform User Administration tasks
• Actively participate in defining knowledge base articles
• Support preparation of instructions to end users
• Troubleshooting and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
We require:
• Bachelor's degree in : with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science - (related technical field will be an asset)
• Knowledge of ITSM tools (Remedy or similar)
• Proficiency in English
• Basic knowledge of networking/IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of Active Directory rights management
• Ability to communicate issues to customers in a non-technical manner
• Experience in defining and documenting knowledge base articles
• ITIL certificate will be an asset
